Can I import my existing asset data?

Does the Professional plan include field dispatch?

Field engineer GPS dispatch is available from the Business plan onwards. Professional includes all service desk and PM features but not the field mobile app tracking.

Are network credentials actually secure?

Yes. All sensitive fields (WAN IP, router passwords, Wi-Fi credentials, VPN keys) are masked by default and encrypted at rest. Reveal requires a deliberate click, and every reveal is logged in the audit trail.
