Is there a Guided Trial?
Yes — Grovia's Starter plan comes with a 14-day Guided Trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all Starter features during the trial.
Can I change my industry after onboarding?
Yes. You can update your industry and enabled modules at any time from Settings → Modules in your admin panel.
How many users can I add?
Starter allows up to 3 users, Growth up to 10, and Business up to 25. For larger teams, contact us for an Enterprise quote.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 region with daily automated backups.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes — Grovia supports CSV import for clients, leads, and employees. Contact support for bulk data migration assistance.
Does Grovia work on mobile?
Yes. Field executives use our dedicated mobile app for assignments, GPS tracking, and visit reports. Clients use the Client Portal mobile app for project updates and invoices.
What email providers are supported?
Grovia integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace via OAuth. Both can be connected simultaneously with a provider switcher in the inbox.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your admin panel. Your account remains active until the end of the billing period.
