All-in-one business software

All-in-one business management software for growing teams

Grovia replaces the five or six apps a small business usually juggles — CRM, billing, accounts, project tracker, HR spreadsheet and team WhatsApp groups — with one system and one login, for one monthly price.

The problem: too many apps, no single picture

Ask a business owner where things stand and the answer is usually spread across a CRM, a billing app, the accountant's Tally file, an attendance spreadsheet and several WhatsApp groups. Each one is fine on its own. Together they mean double entry, missed follow-ups and no single view of the business.

Business management software (sometimes called a BMS, or an all-in-one business suite) puts every department on one shared system.

What one system replaces

  • Your CRM — leads, follow-ups, quotations.
  • Your billing app — GST invoices, payment links, receipts, reminders by email.
  • Your accounting software — books, ledgers, P&L, TDS, with export to Tally for your accountant.
  • Your project tracker — tasks, milestones, time and profitability.
  • Your HR spreadsheet — attendance, leave, payroll, appraisals.
  • Your team WhatsApp groups — a private team chat with its own app.
  • Your field-staff calls — dispatch and visit reports from a mobile app.

Why all-in-one beats a stack of apps for a small business

Fewer subscriptions, one place to train people, and data that agrees with itself: the invoice raised in sales is the same one in the books, and the hours logged on a project are the same hours in payroll.

The trade-off is depth. A specialist tool built for one job will have more features for that job. Grovia covers what a small or mid-sized service business uses every day, and grows module by module as customers ask for more.

Which one is right for you?

Choose Grovia if

  • You are tired of paying for and switching between several apps.
  • You want the owner's view — sales, money, projects and people — on one screen.
  • You are a service business in India with roughly 2 to 40 users.

Choose separate specialist tools if

  • One department needs very deep, specialist features (for example a large call centre or a manufacturing plant).
  • You already have tools that work well together and the team is happy with them.

What Grovia does not do

So you don't buy the wrong tool:

  • No stock, warehouse or manufacturing management (no MRP or bills of materials). Grovia is built for service businesses — agencies, consultants, CA and law firms, IT and field-service companies.
  • GST returns are prepared and exported for filing; Grovia does not file them for you, and e-invoices are uploaded manually.
  • It is a single cloud product, not a platform you customise with code or host on your own servers.

Frequently asked questions

What is business management software?

Software that runs several parts of a business — sales, billing, accounts, projects, people — on one shared system, instead of a separate app for each.

Is there free business management software?

Some tools have free tiers with limits on users or features. Grovia has a 14-day free trial with every module, then starts at ₹1,499 a month for up to 5 users.

Is Grovia suitable for a business with 2 or 3 people?

Yes. The Starter plan covers up to 5 users, and a small team gets the same modules as a larger one.

Can my clients log in too?

Yes. The client portal lets your clients see their invoices, quotations and projects, and raise support tickets, from their own login.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Grovia works in any browser, and there are mobile apps for team chat, field staff and clients.
