  • Zoho One: field service (Zoho FSM) is sold separately; Zoho Inventory handles stock but not full manufacturing.
  • TallyPrime: payment links and direct e-invoice / e-way bills need an active TSS subscription; its AI (Docs by Ira) reads documents into entries, a paid add-on.
  • Odoo Standard: field service shows jobs on a map but does not track staff live; the external API needs the Custom plan.
  • Bitrix24: invoices and payments are included on Standard, but we could not confirm a GST-format tax invoice.
  • Vyapar and Bitrix24: 'No' for the AI assistant and field service means we found none on the vendor's site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which is the best business software for a small service business in India?

It depends on what you sell. For a service business with 5–40 people that wants CRM, GST invoicing, accounts, projects, HR and field work in one app, Grovia is built for exactly that at ₹4,999 a month for up to 15 users before GST. Zoho One is the broadest suite, TallyPrime is the standard for accounting and stock, Vyapar is the cheapest for shops and traders, Odoo suits product businesses that need inventory and manufacturing, and Bitrix24 is strongest at collaboration.

Is Grovia cheaper than Zoho One?

For a 10-person team, Grovia Growth is ₹4,999 a month in total, against ₹12,500 a month for Zoho One's all-employee plan (₹1,250 per employee, annual billing), at list prices before GST checked in October 2026. Zoho One includes many more specialist apps, so compare what you will actually use.

Can Grovia replace Tally?

For a service business, Grovia keeps double-entry books with GST and TDS and exports to Tally, so your CA can keep working in Tally while your team runs sales, invoicing, projects and payroll in Grovia. If you trade goods and need stock, warehouses or direct e-way bill generation, TallyPrime is the better fit.

Grovia or Vyapar — which should I choose?

Vyapar is a low-cost billing and stock app for shops, traders and distributors, with e-way bills, priced per licence per year. Grovia is for service businesses that also need CRM, projects, HR and payroll, field staff and a client portal in one place.

Does Grovia do inventory or manufacturing?

No. Grovia has no stock, warehouse or manufacturing management. It is built for service businesses. If you need inventory, look at TallyPrime, Vyapar, Zoho One or Odoo.

Why does Grovia give itself 7 out of 10?

That is Grovia's own honest assessment for an Indian service business with 5–40 people. It scores highly on value and on having everything in one app, and low on integrations, track record and stock management, because those are its real gaps today.
