Does Starter really come with a free 14-day trial?

Yes! The Starter plan includes a full 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get access to all 9 base modules plus your selected industry module during the trial. After 14 days, subscribe to continue or your account will pause.

Do all plans get all the same features?

Yes — every plan (Starter through Enterprise) includes all 9 base Grovia modules, your selected industry module (e.g., Web Agency, CA Firm, IT/MSP, Digital Marketing, Legal, or Freelancer), and all three mobile apps (Client, Field, Chat). Plans differ only in usage limits: how many seats, clients, invoices per month, and storage you get.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit a plan limit?

You will see a friendly alert in the app when you are close to or at a limit. You will not lose any existing data. Simply upgrade your plan to continue creating new records.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly billing charges you each month. Annual billing charges once a year at a discounted rate — saving you the equivalent of about one month of cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay) via Razorpay. UPI, net banking, and EMI are also available. Enterprise annual plans can be paid by bank transfer.

Is my data secure on Grovia?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are hosted on AWS with daily automated backups and role-based access controls. Enterprise customers receive a full security review on request.
