Zoho One alternative

A simpler Zoho One alternative for small service businesses

Zoho One gives you 50+ separate Zoho apps under one licence. Grovia is one app: CRM, GST invoicing, accounting, projects, HR & payroll and field teams share a single screen and a single record — and a 10-person team pays one flat monthly price instead of per employee.

Zoho One in brief

Zoho One bundles Zoho's whole catalogue — Zoho CRM, Books, People, Payroll, Desk, Projects and many more — under one subscription. It is broad and capable, and each app is a full product in its own right.

The cost of that breadth is that you are setting up and connecting many apps, each with its own settings and screens. On the all-employee plan you must also licence every employee on your payroll, not just the people who log in.

How Grovia is different

  • One product, not a bundle: the lead, the quotation, the invoice, the project and the payment are the same record in the same app.
  • Priced per team, not per employee: plans cover up to 5, 15 or 40 users at a flat monthly price.
  • Built for Indian service businesses: GST invoices, TDS, Tally export, field staff and a client portal are part of the core product.
  • Easy to move: Grovia imports contacts, invoices, bills and items directly from Zoho Books.

Which one is right for you?

Choose Grovia if

  • You want one connected app rather than setting up many.
  • You want to pay per team, not per employee on payroll.
  • You are a service business that needs GST invoicing, accounts, projects and field staff in one place.

Choose Zoho One if

  • You need the specialist depth of a particular Zoho app — inventory, e-commerce, a full marketing suite, BI and analytics.
  • You manage stock or run a product business.
  • You want a very large catalogue of apps to grow into.

What Grovia does not do

So you don't buy the wrong tool:

  • No stock, warehouse or manufacturing management (no MRP or bills of materials). Grovia is built for service businesses — agencies, consultants, CA and law firms, IT and field-service companies.
  • GST returns are prepared and exported for filing; Grovia does not file them for you, and e-invoices are uploaded manually.
  • It is a single cloud product, not a platform you customise with code or host on your own servers.

Frequently asked questions

Is Grovia cheaper than Zoho One?

For a 10-person team, Grovia Growth is ₹4,999 a month in total, against ₹12,500 for Zoho One's all-employee plan or ₹35,000 for its flexible-user plan at the list prices on 23 October 2026, all before GST. Zoho One includes many more specialist apps, so compare what you will actually use.

Can I move my data from Zoho to Grovia?

Yes. Grovia has a built-in Zoho Books import for contacts, invoices, bills and items, and leads or clients can come in from a spreadsheet export.

Does Grovia have everything Zoho One has?

No. Zoho One has 50+ apps, including inventory, e-commerce and analytics that Grovia does not offer. Grovia covers what a service business uses every day — CRM, invoicing, accounting, projects, HR, field staff, support and chat — in one product.

Is Grovia an Indian product?

Yes. Grovia is built in India for Indian businesses, with GST invoicing, TDS and Tally export built in.
