This Cookie Policy explains how Webzworld, which operates the Grovia platform, uses cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, on groviaos.com and in Grovia. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them.
When you first visit our website, analytics and marketing tools stay off until you choose. Select "Accept All" to allow them, "Reject Non-Essential" to keep them off, or "Manage Preferences" to choose by category. You can change your choice at any time — see How to Withdraw Consent below.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information to website owners.

These are needed for our website and Grovia to work, so they cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, protect sign-in and forms against attacks, and remember your cookie choices. Our payment and form-protection providers may set their own essential cookies when you use those features.

Analytics Cookies
Used only on our public website, and only if you allow analytics cookies. They help us understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with pages — clicks, scrolling and what the page showed — as a session recording. We do not use analytics cookies inside Grovia or the client portal.

Marketing Cookies

4. How to Withdraw Consent
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time:
- Cookie settings: select "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page on our website to reopen the cookie banner and change your choices. Withdrawing consent stops those tools from running from your next page load; it does not affect data collected before you withdrew.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Some parts of our website may not work if you block essential cookies.
